Gift Voucher (Physical Voucher)

Buying jewellery for other people can sometimes be tricky. These gift vouchers are a perfect solution to the problem, and we even include a ring sizer chart.

Available to spend in our shop in Stromness, Orkney or online at alisonmoore.co.uk. 

A hard copy of the voucher will be sent to the delivery address you specify on checkout.

The voucher will contain a unique code which the recipient will need to enter at the checkout to redeem the purchase.

It must be used within 12 months from date of purchase. The buyer will be responsible for payment of transactions (including postage) greater than the face value of the voucher. The voucher is non-refundable or transferable.

Dispatch times vary depending on the metal of the item you have ordered. Please expect your delivery to be dispatched in the time frame outlined below, although it is often sooner:

Silver - dispatched 1-3 working days
Gold - dispatched 1-3 working days (excluding wedding rings)
Gold wedding rings 2-5 weeks
Mixed metal - dispatched 1-5 days

All items are send it unbranded, discrete cardboard boxes. Jewellery orders are packaged in recyclable branded navy cardboard jewellery boxes and we've replaced most of our plastic foam inserts with organic cotton pouches. The pouches can be kept and are a great way to store your jewellery long term.

Gift Wrapping

You can choose to have your items wrapped in beautiful handmade Christmas paper by East End Press, or from beautifully illustrated paper by Wanderlust.

The ribbon we use to complete our wrapping is ethically recycled from waste plastic bottles, which would otherwise have been thrown into landfill or the ocean.

You can therefore rest assured that when you buy a gift from Alison Moore every effort is taken to make sure it is packaged and wrapped in the most environmentally sustainably way we can – without compromising on the quality and style you have come to expect from us.
