Delivery times
All of our jewellery is handmade, but we do try to keep some items in stock. These will be sent within 5 working days of placing the order. Personalised items generally take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Gold and made to order jewellery usually takes a little longer for dispatch at around 1-4 weeks.
Please expect your delivery to be dispatched in the time frame outlined below:
Silver - dispatched within 1-5 working days
Gold - dispatched within 1-4 weeks
Mixed metal - 1-2 weeks
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you want your item sooner, don't be afraid to call us on 01856 771511 to check availability.
Delivery is free to all UK addresses for orders over £75. Goods are sent out using Royal Mail or DHL and may require a signature upon arrival.
Items are sent to overseas addresses via tracked delivery services. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges. We currently ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Japan and Hong Kong.
All Alison Moore jewellery arrives in a branded box. It will also include care instructions to look after your jewellery, ensuring you enjoy your piece for years to come.
