Jewellery dispatch times vary depending on the metal of the item you have ordered. Please expect your delivery to be dispatched in the time frame outlined below, although it is often sooner:

Silver - dispatched 1-3 working days.
Gold - dispatched 1-4 weeks.
Mixed metal - dispatched 1-2 weeks

All items are send it unbranded, discrete cardboard boxes. Jewellery
orders are packaged in recyclable branded navy cardboard jewellery boxes
and we've replaced most of our plastic foam inserts with organic cotton
pouches. The pouches can be kept and are a great way to store your
jewellery long term.

Gift Wrapping

You
can choose to have your items wrapped in our gorgeous 1930s-style, hand
screen printed paper was created especially for us by William of Vintage paper Co. in Orkney.

The
ribbon we use to complete our wrapping is ethically recycled from waste
plastic bottles, which would otherwise have been thrown into landfill
or the ocean.

You can therefore rest assured that when you buy a
gift from Alison Moore every effort is taken to make sure it is packaged
and wrapped in the most environmentally sustainably way we can –
without compromising on the quality and style you have come to expect
from us.
