Peedie Shell Collector Charm Necklace

The Peedie Shell Collector necklace - “peedie” meaning small in Orkney - is a delightful mix of seaside charms: periwinkle, sea urchin, whelk, groatie buckie, and scallop, all crafted from genuine shoreline treasures in sterling silver. 

A splash of magic comes from a tiny blue aquamarine nestled with the urchin, adding a mermaid’s sparkle, while the cowrie shell, or groatie buckie, brings a little luck your way.

Each charm captures the whimsical joy of beachcombing on a breezy day.

Made from recycled solid sterling silver and set with a little natural aquamarine gemstone.

The charms measure up to 8mm wide.

Dispatch times vary depending on the metal of the item you have ordered. Please expect your delivery to be dispatched in the time frame outlined below, although it is often sooner:

Silver - dispatched 1-3 working days
Gold - dispatched 1-3 working days (excluding wedding rings)
Gold wedding rings 2-5 weeks
Mixed metal - dispatched 1-5 days

All items are send it unbranded, discrete cardboard boxes. Jewellery orders are packaged in recyclable branded navy cardboard jewellery boxes and we've replaced most of our plastic foam inserts with organic cotton pouches. The pouches can be kept and are a great way to store your jewellery long term.

You can choose to have your items wrapped in beautiful handmade Christmas paper by East End Press, or from beautifully illustrated paper by Wanderlust.

The ribbon we use to complete our wrapping is ethically recycled from waste plastic bottles, which would otherwise have been thrown into landfill or the ocean.
